RCA Four-Line Extended Range 900 MHz Multi Handset System with Speakerphone and much asked for features such as auto attendant, voice mail system and expandability of up to sixteen handsets. Extended range handsets have a range of 2000 feet, giving you the freedom to be out of the office area in a storage room, shipping area or just in other parts of the building and still receive important calls. Expands to twenty handsets.

Up to 5 Miles

Longest-range cordless — ranges up to 5 miles in open terrain, up to 12 floors in buildings, and up to 250,000 square feet in warehouse-type environments. Outdoors on farms, ranches or college campuses, coverage is up to 3,000 acres.

Engenius DuraFon 1X is a heavy duty commercial long range wireless telephone, and a full-duplex 2-way radio, independent of the base unit.  Up to 36 extensions.  Range can be up to 20 floors of a high-rise building. Expandable single-line system — supports up to 4 lines (requires 4 bases) and up to 9 handsets per base totaling 36 available  handsets.

Can be installed behind most PABX control units as an analog extension.
