The KX-TDA series with the introduction of the KX-TDA600 PBX has features to support a hotel-type environment, where extensions correspond to guest rooms. These features include:

• Programmable Message Print-out

• Guest Room Billing

• Voice Mail with Message Waiting Light

• Voice Mail Delete on Check-out

• Wake-up Call via dialing

• Wireless On-Site Cellular Communications

• Network Camera viewing of the entire property

Station Message Detailed Recording

The TDA is capable of printing or outputting to a PC, a detailed log of the following information: Incoming/Outgoing Trunk call information including Dialed Number, Call Duration, Account Code, Room Check-in/Check-out, and Timed Reminder Start/Answer/No Answer status

Programmable Message Print-out

This feature allows up to 8 different, 16 character long text messages to be stored in a printing message area via programming. These messages can be accessed via any extension connected to the TDA PBX and the selected message will be printed on the SMDR print-out.

Guest Room Billing

Separately from the SMDR, it is possible to output a record of all calls made from a guest room. This information can be used for billing guests when they check­out. Other charge items, including room mini bar charges, a preset margin, and tax can also be added to the bill.

Voice Mail Delete on Check-out

Guests extension voice mail messages are automatically deleted when the guest has checked-out.

Remote Wake-up Call set via Dialing

A hotel receptionist can easily set a timed reminder for a guest extension simply by using the telephone push buttons.  Requires at least one 4-channel Message Card.

Wireless On-Site Cellular Communications
