KX-TAW848 Advanced Wired/Wireless Telephone System The Panasonic KX-TAW848 telephone systems modular design allows you to tailor the KX-TAW848 system to meet your specific requirements. The Panasonic KX-TAW848 telephone system combines versatile wired telephone system features with the expanded functionality of advanced multi-cell wireless technology to meet the needs of today’s upscale residential, SOHO and small business environments. The Panasonic KX-TAW848 telephone system can be expanded from a basic 4 CO lines and 4 extensions to a maximum of 8 CO’s, 24 wired extensions and 24 cellular extensions. The KX-TAW848 systems 48 extensions can be comprised of up to 24 Panasonic KX-T7700 series proprietary telephones and 24 Panasonic KX-TD7600 series wireless handset extensions. The Panasonic KX-TAW848 telephone system also supports single line telephones (SLT) and 4 doorphones/openers. The KX-TAW848 telephone system offers a modular design combined with PC programming making installation fast and simple. Additional system maintenance chores are a breeze and can be performed off premises by an installer with the optional remote card. The KX-TA824 is expandable up to 8 CO lines and maximum of 24 extensions. Extension ports can take either the KX-T7700 series proprietary telephones or SLT single line telephones, passing Caller ID to them both! The KX-TA824 is the first Panasonic system to offer, an optional, plug-in message card (KX-TA82492). Providing each phone with it's own mailbox to take messages from callers. A message waiting light will be left when a caller leaves a message on the KX-TA824. More information below....
The KX-TA824 can be used with the telephone company's voicemail. The KX-TA824 will accommodate one telco voicemail box per line.
The KX-TA824 can be programmed either by a LCD Systems telephone, via the RS-232 port (requires Panasonic Cable), USB port or even remotely! The KX-TA824 system programmable using your PC. The USB and SERIAL ports can be active at the same time, so now you can have simultaneous programming and call logging if you like. . Each card can support up to two channels of voice mail, each supporting up to 125 messages and 120 minutes of storage time.
