Four status lights per user -

  1. CALL STATE  - Ringing = Yellow, Connected = Green, Idle = Light Gray
  2. CALL TYPE - Idle Call = Blue, DID Call - Light Salmon, Other - Light Gray
  3. ABSENT MESSAGE - Out of Office = Red (Will Return Soon, Gone Home, Back At, Out Until); In Office, Away from Desk = Light Blue (at Extension, In a Meeting, Away from Desk); Busy at Desk/Custom Message = Red (Do Not Disturb, Custom Message)
