The Panasonic KX-TDA is assured by rigorous quality control and extensive testing before it leaves the factory, and best of all it comes with a 2-year limited warranty.  The system is designed for quick, easy maintenance, keeping downtime to an absolute minimum so your company can operate with as little disruption as possible.  Comvox can change or upgrade modules with switching off the systems, and we can reprogram systems without disrupting anyone on the telephone.
           
Programming and Maintenance
           
Comvox Systems is a Panasonic factory Certified TDA dealer who has achieved Platinum Dealer status in the Panasonic President's Circle.  What does this mean to you, Comvox Systems is among the elite Panasonic TDA dealer is the country and one of the very few that have been selected to sell and support the KX-TDA600 system.  Less than 10% of all Panasonic Certified TDA dealers were selected for this honor, as they had to demonstrate their proficiency in managing and installing very large communications and data solutions. 

Only Certified Technicians can work on Panasonic TDA systems due to their complex nature and extensive capacities.  Certified Technicians attend lengthily and ongoing training classes and must pass various tests to achieve their certification.

Panasonic Technicians use a Windows based programming tool with multiple password-protected access points to program and perform maintenance on TDA systems.  The systems can be accessed remotely via an optional dial-up modem or over the Internet.

 

 

Secure (SD) Card

Even if your systems suffers a catastrophic failure from say a lighting hit, all of your system information is saved and can be reloaded easily with our Secure Digital (SD) card.  In addition, the SD card makes it simple to upgrade software with new features.
